Finding and Recruiting Arachne

  1. Build the Cell Corridor and a vacant cell among cells 2–8 through the brothel construction system. Cell 1 is not considered a vacancy for her recruitment.
  2. Fight the named Arachne enemy in the normal dungeon on floors 20–28. The generic Drider enemy is a different entry and does not count as an Arachne defeat.
  3. For a reliable named encounter, investigate the hidden wall at floor 22, tile (1, 6) after building the corridor. It triggers an Arachne battle while she is not already recruited. This special encounter does not run in Infinity mode.
  4. Win five named Arachne battles. Recruitment rolls begin on the sixth victory, rather than the fifth.
  5. On a successful roll with a vacant built cell, the Terms of Residence scene offers recruitment. Accept to activate her monster record, assign her to the offered cell and gain 10 affection directly.
  6. Visit her assigned cell for ordinary relationship actions, or use the monster-management screen for care and training.
The post-victory recruitment chance is 10 + 10 × (total victories − 5) + player Taming, capped at 100%. On victory six this is 20% + Taming. Further victories increase the chance by ten percentage points each. Infinity dungeon victories do not increase the counter or offer recruitment. Once she is active, further capture processing stops.
If no cell is available, the A Room on Paper scene does not recruit her. Build a vacant cell, then win another eligible battle for another opportunity. The choice to release her also leaves her unrecruited.
In battle she is weak to Fire and strong against Dark, with Cocoon, Poison Dart and Strike in her skill set. Prepare for the encounter rather than expecting a generic drider's easier statistics.

Ordinary Relationship Visits

All four actions below start in Arachne's assigned cell. The internal placeholder denotes whichever cell was allocated during recruitment.
Action Start location Requirements Cost Reward Availability
Talk to Arachne Assigned brothel cell Stranger+ 15 minutes 1 base points 3/day
Admire Her Weaving Assigned brothel cell Known+ 30 minutes 5 base points 1/day
Share Her Quiet Assigned brothel cell Friend+ 30 minutes 10 base points 1/day
Kiss Arachne Assigned brothel cell Crush+ 30 minutes 15 base points 1/day

Action Extra effect
Talk to Arachne 1 base affection; three times per day
Admire Her Weaving 5 base affection and +5 tamed; once per day at Known
Share Her Quiet 10 base affection and +5 tamed; once per day at Friend
Kiss Arachne 15 base affection, +5 tamed, and a kissing event with 5 intimacy experience; once per day at Crush
Talk takes 15 minutes; the three later visits each take 30 minutes. They have no configured money, energy or item cost. The three later actions have separate daily allowances, so an eligible player may use each once on the same day. Talk and these visits do not replace the separate monster-care menu.
Listed relationship rewards are base values. Favorite stats add bonuses when their thresholds are met, and the special relationship skill doubles the adjusted base before the shared random roll. Equipment, buffs and alignment can further change the final reward. Raising affection does not replace quest flags or earlier heart-to-hearts.

Corridor Encounters

At Friend with both participants, recruit and keep the other monster active, then visit the Cell Corridor. These five scenes are independent one-time encounters; they do not form a required sequence.
Automatic scene Location Requirements Base reward
The Price of a Loose Thread Cell Corridor Arachne: Friend+; Bobo: Friend+; Both monsters recruited and active 5
A Quiet Warning Cell Corridor Arachne: Friend+; Myriss: Friend+; Both monsters recruited and active 5
Something That Stays Cell Corridor Arachne: Friend+; Jelly: Friend+; Both monsters recruited and active 5
The Unfinished Pattern Cell Corridor Arachne: Friend+; Melanthe: Friend+; Both monsters recruited and active 5
Built to Give Cell Corridor Arachne: Friend+; Bessie: Friend+; Both monsters recruited and active 5

Each encounter gives 5 base affection to Arachne and the other monster. For Arachne's largest choice bonus, choose Caring (+5) in all five scenes. With Bobo or Jelly, Funny favors the other participant instead; with Myriss, Melanthe and Bessie, Caring also maximizes the other participant's bonus.

Monster Care and Training

Her affection meter and tamed percentage are separate. Recruitment begins her monster record at 35 tamed, with 60 health, 0 stress and 0 experience. Regular care helps maintain access to training.
  • Use the monster-management screen to select Arachne for a daily care session. The session is unavailable while she is resting or after she has already had that day's care visit.
  • Feed consumes 5 food and adds 10 tamed, subject to the normal cap. A failed feeding attempt without enough food can be retried after obtaining food.
  • A care session permits one use of each available category: Feed, tool-based Discipline, Teach and Training. Tool effects differ; inspect the selected tool's effects on tamed, stress, health and experience.
  • Teach and Training need at least 30 tamed. Feed first if her tamed value has fallen below that threshold.
  • Ordinary daily decay is 6 tamed per day after her first care visit. Tamed is normally capped at 100; the Claw tool uses the shared higher-cap behavior. The later relationship visits can also add tamed as described above.

Eight Training Levels

Training unlocks sequentially from level 1 through level 8. Completing a training session advances the level by one, up to 8, and leaves earlier types available. It improves Arachne's monster stats, rather than teaching the player those named skills.
Level Menu training Stat reward
1 Kissing +1 Aura
2 Oral +1 Cunning
3 Missionary +1 Allure
4 Cowgirl +1 Vitality
5 Doggie +1 Ability
6 Special1 +1 Agility
7 Special2 +1 to two different random monster stats
8 Special3 +1 to two different random monster stats
Stat gains are capped at 100. Each session also grants monster experience from one random roll between 1 and player Taming, plus one between 1 and monster Cunning; each upper bound is at least 1. Monster experience can buy another stat level: raising a stat from its current value to the next value costs experience equal to the new value.
Her training scene images are present in the current game assets. There is no separate personal date, illustrated H2H chain or animated relationship route to unlock after these activities.

If Progress Stalls

  • Fight Arachne, not generic Drider enemies, and use normal rather than Infinity dungeon mode.
  • The first possible recruitment roll is the sixth victory.
  • Recruitment needs a built, vacant cell 2–8; the corridor alone does not provide a room.
  • After recruitment, look in her assigned cell. She is not a permanent NPC at the dungeon encounter tile.
  • Corridor scenes need Friend with both monsters, and both must be active.
  • For locked care training, restore 30 tamed and check today's visit/rest status; affection stage does not replace that threshold.
