Overview

Lillian is an eternal demon with red hair, black wings and a taste for teasing guidance. You can visit her Lair in Medieval King's Demesne at any hour. Her current content includes daily conversation, alignment guidance, Soul Stone recognition, Hell Fire, crystal services and an optional proficiency upgrade.
This walkthrough gives the requirements and rewards while leaving the wider story and her conversations to the game.

Favorite stat thresholds improve ordinary affection gains, and learning Deception doubles her relationship multiplier. Affection rewards below are base rewards before modifiers, except the explicitly direct Demonic Allure reward.

Finding Lillian and Starting the Route

  1. In Medieval King's Demesne, visit Back Alleys and choose Secret Lair. The travel action has no time cost and no relationship gate.
  2. Open Lillian's portrait at Lillian's Lair. Talk to Lillian works from Stranger, up to five times daily.
  3. At Known, with Communication 75, Demonic Allure becomes available. Read its current reward caveat below before claiming it.
  4. At Friend, return to the Lair for The Eternal War. This introduces alignment choices; it does not require Evil alignment to begin.
  5. If you own a Brute Stone, Elemental Stone or Twilight Stone, bring it to the Lair for its one-time recognition scene. These three scenes have no minimum affection requirement and do not require The Eternal War.
  6. At In Love, an owned Twilight Stone unlocks daily Intimate Bonding. Separately, Nefarious Evil or higher unlocks Hell Fire at the Lair.
Her portrait remains available throughout the day. Her alignment scene, stone scenes and Hell Fire check the Lair rather than a special evening window. Tutorials and shared reward scenes outside the Lair are optional sources of additional affection.

Daily Affection and Demonic Allure

Five successful talks take 100 minutes and grant 5 base affection before modifiers. Talks after her daily allowance record −1 base affection. Her current personal action list has no ordinary gift action, date or Heart-to-Heart.
Current Demonic Allure caveat: the action description advertises +1 Attractiveness, but the implemented portrait action currently grants the 8 direct affection and marks the reward claimed without applying the Attractiveness increase. It disappears after claiming. Do not count on it for the advertised stat increase in the current code.

The Eternal War and Alignment

At Friend, visit the Lair for The Eternal War, once. Completion grants 5 base affection whichever reply you choose.

The replies converge on the same scene completion. This choice adds one alignment point; it does not immediately establish a high alignment tier. Choosing Good, Neutral or an undecided reply does not remove her daily Talk or prevent her stone recognition scenes.

Soul Stone Recognition and Bonding

Each recognition scene automatically triggers at the Lair when the named stone is already in your key-item inventory. These scenes explain an owned stone; they do not award the stone itself. Each plays once, independently, with 10 completion affection plus the chosen reply's reward.

All replies converge. None of these three recognition scenes requires The Eternal War, a previous stone scene or a particular alignment.
Intimate Bonding is a separate portrait action requiring In Love and an owned Twilight Stone. It takes 60 minutes, increases the stone's level by 1, and can be used once per game day. It does not grant ordinary affection, NPC experience or a new stone. The action's own requirements do not require the Twilight Stone recognition scene to be completed first.
The Twilight Stone's combat bonus is +1 damage per stone level to Light Magic and Dark Magic.

Hell Fire

Return to Lillian's Lair at In Love with active Evil alignment at Nefarious or Abyssal for Hell Fire, once.
Nefarious is the ninth visible Evil tier, corresponding to an Evil score lead of at least 90 points over the next-highest alignment score. An unaligned state or a high raw Evil score without the required lead does not satisfy the gate.

All replies complete the scene and grant the Hell Fire key item. There is no additional fixed affection reward configured for this scene. The item increases physical damage by 10% and contributes +50% to the Fire Magic damage bonus, additive with the Fire Elemental Talisman's fire bonus.
The registered trigger does not require The Eternal War or a stone recognition scene. Its important gates are In Love, active Evil alignment and the required alignment tier.

Crystal Services at the Lair

These are location actions, separate from Lillian's portrait relationship actions. They do not require a relationship stage and do not award Lillian affection. The listed actions have zero game-time cost.

Crystal Enlightenment draws from eligible unknown skills; it does not guarantee Deception. Redeem access uses your own valid code. No redeem code is needed just to talk to Lillian or begin The Eternal War.

Proficiency Upgrade

Proficiency Upgrade appears on Lillian's portrait from Stranger and costs 10 crystals with no game-time cost. The handler requires eligible Patreon Adventurer Tier or higher access and successful save/access validation.
On success, it sets proficiency to Patreon Master, changes your bedroom to the enhanced bedroom, and updates the proficiency equipment's name while retaining its current equipment level. It does not award affection. The action hides when the enhanced bedroom is already selected; it is an upgrade rather than a daily relationship activity.
If the game rejects the upgrade because of access or save validation, follow its displayed message. Higher affection is not a substitute for those requirements.

These are individual one-time encounters, not requirements for her personal alignment or stone route. An Easter Offering introduces Pepper; its reply rewards are separate for the two characters. For Lillian, both Funny replies give the highest affection, while other choices still complete the scene.
The older Deep Woods informational scene describes unfinished content. Wildheart access is handled separately by the enabled mod and its redeem requirement; that old conversation does not unlock Wild Woods or create an additional Lillian quest.

Troubleshooting

For Demonic Allure, check Known, Communication 75 and whether you already claimed it; the current Attractiveness discrepancy is explained above. For Hell Fire, check In Love and your current active Evil tier, rather than just choosing the demonic reply once. For a stone recognition scene, you must already own the named stone. For Intimate Bonding, own the Twilight Stone, reach In Love and wait until a new game day after using it.
Lillian has no separate implemented romance H2H chain, apartment route or personal date series in the current character definition. Her later affection milestones support the stone bonding and alignment item described here.
