Overview

Dex is a street informant and fixer in the Future Era Fringe Zone. He appears at Unregistered Housing and participates in Syndicate intelligence content. His current implementation is an ambient story NPC: his portrait supplies dialogue, while his character menu has no personal relationship actions.

His 4 PM–1 AM schedule crosses midnight. Visit in the late afternoon or evening, or before 1 AM, for his location appearance. You do not need to raise a relationship stage to make that portrait available.

Current Story Walkthrough

  1. Continue the Syndicate prologue until The Gates of Chaos is completed.
  2. Visit the Syndicate Garden for the automatic, one-time scene Street Knowledge.
  3. Follow that scene's authored intelligence-gathering sequence. It includes Dex, but starts at the Garden; it is not unlocked by repeatedly selecting Dex at Unregistered Housing.
  4. Complete the scene to receive 3 base affection with Poison and 3 with Harlequin. Its response branches do not configure additional relationship-choice awards.
Street Knowledge has no additional hour, Dex-affection, stat, money or item gate in its automatic trigger. His ordinary location-portrait schedule is separate from that story trigger. The guide leaves the intelligence itself and its later consequences for you to discover.

Dex's description explains his role as an informant; it does not supply a separate information-shop menu. His current character definition has empty action, remote-action, H2H and apartment lists. Completing Street Knowledge does not open an additional Dex romance route.

If You Cannot Find His Content

  • To see Dex himself, visit Unregistered Housing, 4 PM–1 AM.
  • To start Street Knowledge, visit the Syndicate Garden, after The Gates of Chaos in the Syndicate prologue. The scene completes once.
  • A missing Talk or date button is consistent with his current implementation. Additional gifts, affinity grinding or a higher relationship stage do not unlock an authored personal route.
