Voss

Councilor Voss is a52-year-old politician in the Future era, overseeing Fringe Zone resource allocation at Synergy Corp. His alignment is Evil.

His registered location is the Councilor's Private Office inside Synergy Corp, every day, at all hours. The schedule has no additional affection or character-plot gate, but access to the room is controlled separately.

From the Synergy Corp lobby, choose To the Councilor's Office. Saber permits entry once you have her explicit access permission or have completed Story Beat76. The entry and Return to Lobby actions each have zero configured time cost.

If Saber blocks the door, returning at another time does not satisfy this gate. See Saber's walkthrough or continue the released main story until the relevant access is granted.

Voss is an ambient story NPC. His current action list is empty: there is no Talk, gift, lesson, date, heart-to-heart or apartment conversation to unlock through affection. No favorite-stat thresholds or special relationship skill are configured. A visible portrait without interaction buttons is therefore expected.

Voss appears in other characters' Syndicate progression. These are automatic quest scenes rather than Voss portrait actions, and their registered affection rewards go to other participants.

Follow Kitty, Chamella and Zodiac for the surrounding route requirements. This entry does not reveal the scenes' methods or outcomes.

Checked against Voss's current schedule and empty interaction tables, the actual Saber entry check and the two Syndicate scene registrations. The original portrait and wiki house style are preserved.
